It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and I was famished as I had just completed a very engaging three hour Capoeira workshop by Mestre Joao Lampreia from Motumbaxé Capoeira. I decided to stop by Pho 95's on the way home and got some Pho to go. Once I reached home, I slowly worked my way through a very satisfying meal and had some leftover for the next day. On Sunday afternoon as I finished my leftover Pho while reminiscing over the wonderful time I had at workshop the day before, my spoonful of Pho formed a face... an emotional face, it was as though the Pho could read my mind and feel the sadness that usually accompanies the end of a workshop that I had hoped would go on forever.
